Trevor leads the strength side of the business. For clients focused on getting genuinely strong, building a powerful base on the squat, bench, and deadlift, and moving serious weight with sound technique, he is the coach to work with. His focus is taking lifters from uncertain at the barbell to fully in command of it.

Brady Clemons

Co-Founder · Physique Coach

Brady leads the physique and bodybuilding side. For clients looking to get lean, add muscle in the right places, or build a stage-ready look, he is the coach to work with. His focus is precise training splits and nutrition that produce visible, lasting results.
